During my time with Circles, I got a fare good opportunity from building the system in short amount of time to improve the platform overall. This project is one of them that I got a great chance to interview users from start to build the design.
However, due to the confidential of the product, I cannot post all my findings and learning publicly. I can say for sure that is after this exercise. I got I good fair amount of learning on interview face-to-face with users, presenting the ideas to various stakeholders, documentation and manage the expectation that from ideal to reality can be totally different.
